Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for handling student and parent enquiries, managing admissions and upgradation support, maintaining strong relationships with students, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from enquiry to enrollment and beyond. The role focuses on communication, follow-ups, counselling, and customer satisfaction for online German language courses.
1. Admissions, Upgradation & Follow-ups
Maintain enquiry and admission records in CRM / Excel.
Coordinate with academic and admin teams for batch allocation.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Address student queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention.
3. Documentation & Coordination
Assist students with registration, onboarding, and basic documentation.
Coordinate with trainers for class schedules and feedback.
Share regular updates with students regarding classes, exams, and institutional announcements.
4. Upgradation Support & Reporting
Support sales targets related to Upgradation.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries, conversions, and follow-ups.
Collect feedback and suggest improvements in student experience.
5. Brand Representation
Represent the institute professionally in all communications.
Maintain ethical counselling standards, especially for overseas education pathways.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam(German knowledge is an added advantage).
Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
Ability to handle multiple students and enquiries efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business, Email).
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
