Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and provide appropriate assistance and product-related information to prospective customers
Accurately update call logs and customer details in the
DMS

Engage customers with relevant product information when Product Specialists are busy or unavailable
Support the sales team by ensuring smooth showroom operations, including adherence to opening and closing SOPs at the

Additional Responsibilities
Support the sales operations team by making outbound calls to customers as required (e.g., customer verification, follow-ups)
Maintain high standards of process hygiene while using the DMS and handling paperwork
Coordinate effectively with dependent teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
