This is an office-based role (no fieldwork) where you'll interact with interior designers, architects, and project buyers--helping them select the right furniture for their projects.

You'll manage client calls, WhatsApp chats, and follow-ups, prepare quotations, and maintain lead records using Excel or CRM.Your role is to ensure every client feels guided, supported, and confident about their choices.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with interior designers, architects, and buyers regarding their furniture needs.o Recommend suitable furniture options and share product information.o Prepare and send quotations and proposals.o Manage leads and follow-ups using Excel or CRM tools.o Maintain clear, professional, and consistent client communication.o Build strong, long-term client relationships.
Requirements

1-3 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or interiors-related roles.o Good spoken and written English communication skills.o Comfortable using Excel, and MS Applications.o Organized, confident, and polite with strong follow-up habits.o Interest in design and aesthetics is a plus.
