CRE Job Role (Computer Networking Institute)
1. Student & Client Communication
Handle incoming calls and inquiries about networking courses (CCNA, cybersecurity, firewall, etc.).
Provide detailed course information, duration, and fees.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing or walk-ins.
Guide students through the admission process.
2. Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with existing students and corporate clients.
Ensure student satisfaction during and after course completion.
Collect feedback and resolve complaints or issues promptly.
3. Sales & Admission Support
Convert inquiries into enrollments by explaining course benefits.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotions and events.
Update student databases and CRM software.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with trainers and admin staff to schedule batches.
Maintain reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Provide regular updates to management.
5. Communication & Presentation
Handle telecalling, email follow-ups, and WhatsApp communication.
Present institute details confidently to students and parents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
