Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective communication. You will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls while maintaining precise digital records of all interactions.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Telecalling & Client Engagement
Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote services or follow up on inquiries.
Handle inbound queries professionally, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention.
2. Data Entry & Documentation
Accurately enter and update customer information, call logs, and transaction details into the CRM/Database.
Maintain organized digital records to ensure data integrity and easy retrieval.
Prepare daily or weekly reports on calling activity and lead status.
3. Communication & Problem Solving
Communicate complex information clearly in English and Malayalam.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or solutions.
Escalate critical issues to the management team when necessary.
Languages:- Fluent in English and Malayalam (Mandatory). Proficiency in Hindi is highly preferred.
Experience:- Proven experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
Technical skills:- Proficient in Data Entry with high speed and accuracy; basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word).
Soft Skills:- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and "people skills."

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
