Sales-Related Tasks:
Make outbound calls to potential customers for vehicle inquiries.
Share product details, offers, and finance/insurance options over the phone.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and test ride confirmations.
Update lead status and maintain CRM records accurately.
Service-Related Tasks:
Call existing customers to schedule regular vehicle servicing.
Remind customers about due services, free service schedules, and insurance renewals.
Conduct follow-up calls post-service for feedback and satisfaction.
Record customer complaints (if any) and coordinate with the service team for resolution.
Daily & Weekly Goals:
Achieve
daily call targets

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.
