Customer Relationship Executive (CRM)

We are looking for a

Customer Relationship Executive

to manage and maintain our

CRM system

and handle

customer follow-up communications

. The role focuses on coordinating leads, updating records, and ensuring timely follow-ups to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and update customer details in the

CRM system

Handle

follow-up calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails

with leads and existing customers Track enquiries, site visits, and customer responses Coordinate with the sales team for lead status and closures Ensure accurate documentation and data entry Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups Generate basic reports from CRM when required

Skills & Requirements:



Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred) Basic knowledge of

CRM software / MS Excel

Organized, detail-oriented, and follow-up focused Ability to handle multiple leads and tasks efficiently Experience in real estate or customer handling is an added advantage

Support & Training:



Proper training will be provided

Full support from the sales and management team
