We are looking for a

Customer Relationship Executive

to manage customer interactions, support administrative activities, and handle CRM data efficiently. The candidate should be customer-focused, well-organized, and capable of multitasking in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities



Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships Manage

administrative tasks

and update customer information in CRM systems Handle emails, phone calls, and customer follow-ups professionally Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations Support daily office activities and multitask efficiently

Requirements & Qualifications



Basic computer knowledge

(MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet) Familiarity with

CRM software

(training will be provided if required) Good

communication skills

(English and local language preferred) Strong

multitasking and organizational skills

Positive attitude with a

customer-oriented mindset


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
