Key Responsibilities
Handle assigned inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
Explain products/services clearly to interested customers
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable guidance
Follow up with assigned customers to support decision-making
Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers
Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction
Update customer details and interaction status in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
Provide post-enquiry support until completion of the process
Requirements & Skills
Graduate / Diploma / Plus Two (any stream)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Languages: English & Malayalam (Hindi is an advantage)
Customer-oriented approach with convincing skills
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
