We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty. As a CRE, you will serve as a bridge between our customers and the company, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.

REQUIREMENTS:

EXP : 1+Years in cre department

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback. Effectively communicate product/service information, promotions, and company updates to customers. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally. Work towards satisfactory resolutions to maintain positive customer relationships. Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and providing updates on order status. Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products or services to meet customer needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, including interactions, preferences, and purchase history. Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty through personalized service and relationship-building. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide insights and feedback to the management team regarding customer trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
