Act as the first point of contact for clients, customers, and walk-in enquiries
Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, and site visits
Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly
Coordinate with sales, site, and technical teams to ensure smooth customer experience
Follow up with clients on site progress, documentation, and handover status
Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Assist in booking confirmations, agreement coordination, and payment follow-ups
Prepare customer reports and feedback for management
