The Customer Relation Executive is responsible for handling customer interactions, supporting loan-related processes, resolving customer queries, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients while ensuring high service standards as per NBFC policies.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to loans, repayments, interest rates, and account details
Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, and verification processes
Maintain accurate customer records and update data in company systems
Follow up with customers for pending documents, EMIs, and repayments
Coordinate with branch, credit, and collection teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and internal procedures
Support marketing and customer acquisition activities when required
Maintain professional relationships with existing customers to improve retention
Achieve assigned service targets and customer satisfaction levels
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of NBFC products and loan processes
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software)
Team player with a customer-focused attitude
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
Relevant experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services is an advantage
