Track enquiries from calls, website, social media, and campaigns
Ensure timely follow-up and status updates for all leads
Generate CRM reports on leads, conversions, and follow-up status
Lead Management & Conversion:
Handle inbound and outbound leads professionally
Follow up with prospective patients via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments
Convert enquiries into confirmed visits and procedures
Maintain proper documentation of lead outcomes
Marketing Coordination:
Work closely with digital marketing agencies and internal teams
Support promotional campaigns and patient outreach programs
Collect feedback from converted and non-converted leads
Assist in improving lead quality and customer experience
Compliance & Service Standards:
Maintain confidentiality of patient and business information
Follow hospital service standards and communication protocols
