We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused

Customer Relations Executive

to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty. You will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service at all stages of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. Provide product/service information and updates to customers. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements for products/services. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and retention. Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and targets.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in customer service, customer relations, or a similar role. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism. A customer-first mindset and the ability to work well under pressure. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,207.78 per month
