Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to company services
Respond to customer inquiries with clear, accurate, and timely information
Assist customers with transaction-related queries, onboarding support, and service guidance
Maintain and update customer records and interaction logs in internal systems
Resolve customer complaints professionally within defined timelines
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams such as technical, operations, and compliance
Adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and regulatory guidelines
