Job Title: Customer Relation Executive (Construction & Design)

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Relation Executive with expertise in construction, floor plans, and 3D exterior/interior design. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions

- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our construction and design services

- Close deals and meet sales targets

- Maintain regular communication with clients, even outside office hours

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

- Male candidates only

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in or design

- Strong knowledge of construction, floor plans, and 3D exterior/interior design

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Mandatory: English and Malayalam language proficiency

- Plus: Hindi language knowledge

- Ability to work independently and maintain client relationships outside office hours
