Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate and clear information regarding company products and services.
Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Address customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in BPO/Telecalling (preferred).
Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
