Job Summary



The

Customer Relations Executive

will act as the primary point of contact between

and our clients/customers. The role involves

handling inquiries, resolving complaints, providing information, and maintaining strong relationships

to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to

customer inquiries

via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally. Resolve

customer complaints or issues

effectively and escalate when necessary. Maintain accurate

customer records

in the system. Follow up with clients to ensure

timely resolution

and satisfaction. Coordinate with

logistics, operations, and other teams

to provide seamless service. Gather customer feedback to help

improve services and processes

. Assist in

implementing customer service initiatives

and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills



Educational Qualification:

Minimum

12th Pass

; Graduate preferred.

Experience:

0-2 years in

customer service, client relations, or support roles

.

Skills Required:

Excellent

communication (verbal & written)

skills in English and Malayalam.

Problem-solving and interpersonal skills

. Basic

computer knowledge

(MS Office, CRM tools).

Patience and empathy

while handling clients.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
