CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED



LOCATION - CORPORATE OFFICE, AMBALLUR, THRISSUR



SHIFT DUTY - 8.00 AM TO 4.00 PM,1.00 PM TO 9.00 PM

Your responsibilities include:



Client Interaction

: Handling all customer queries through phone calls, emails, or in person. You will provide accurate and timely information regarding our services, policies, and procedures while scheduling patient appointments and ensuring smooth coordination.

Patient Coordination

: Assist with onboarding new patients and maintaining their records. Ensure accurate documentation and updating of patient details.

Front Office Operations

: Manage the front office, welcome clients and visitors, and ensure the office supplies are well-stocked and organized.

Compliance & Confidentiality

: Adhere to company policies and maintain patient confidentiality as required by HIPAA standards and other applicable healthcare regulations.

Housekeeping & Office Management

: Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, while following hygiene and sanitization protocols.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
