We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive to handle customer queries and service-related calls. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of Excel.
Key Responsibilities :
Attend inbound and outbound customer calls
Provide accurate product/service information to customers
Maintain customer records using Excel
Coordinate with the service team for timely resolutions
Follow up with customers for feedback and service completion
Ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements :
Qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
Basic computer & Excel skills
Good communication and customer handling ability
Fresher/Experienced can apply
