Role Summary



Responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers while ensuring an exceptional and personalized shopping experience.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities



Create and maintain long-term customer relationships that foster loyalty and trust. Understand customers' preferences, needs, and feedback to provide tailored service. Offer expert advice to customers, assisting them in selecting the ideal watch that suits their style and requirements. Provide detailed information about watch features, brand heritage, and craftsmanship to support customer decision-making. Facilitate the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests. Ensure timely delivery of products ordered online and maintain proper follow-up. Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure effective resolution of issues.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
