We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to join our team. This role involves managing client communication, providing support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :



Handle inbound and outbound client communication via phone, email, and chat
Maintain positive relationships with customers by providing timely support

Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams Document customer interactions and maintain CRM records Assist in resolving queries and escalating issues when required Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality customer service

Skills & Qualifications



0-1 year of experience (Freshers can apply) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools preferred) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Pleasant personality and strong work ethic
