Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential and existing clients via email, website, and social media channels. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and ensuring smooth communication. Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, presentations, and related documentation in coordination with internal teams. Maintain accurate records of client communications and task updates using CRM and documentation tools. Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure client communications align with current campaigns. Conduct basic research on client industries and competitors to support tailored communication and proposals. Ensure an excellent client experience throughout all stages of interaction.

What We're Looking For:

QA experience

is also welcome, especially for candidates transitioning into customer-facing roles. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a professional and friendly approach. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
