Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and complaints via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-store interactions.
Support customers with product exchanges, returns, and service-related issues after purchase.
Engage and convert leads generated through store visits, website, and campaigns.
Maintain and update accurate customer data (contact details, preferences, source, etc.).
Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms like Google and social media within defined timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of service requests.
Assist in customer engagement campaigns and feedback collection to improve satisfaction scores.
Generate simple weekly/monthly reports on lead conversions, customer feedback, and response time.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preference for retail or service industry experience).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
Basic knowledge of Excel, and digital communication platforms.
Interest in sports or fitness field is an advantage.
