Key Responsibilities:
Customer Care & Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries, concerns, and service requests.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and timelines.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Documentation & Agreement Management:
Prepare and manage customer agreements, ensuring all legal and contractual aspects are accurate.
Handle necessary paperwork for project handovers, transfers, or modifications.
Verify all required documents and approvals before processing agreements.
1-4 years of experience as Customer Relationship Executive.
Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage.
