Customer Relation Executive (CRE) - NBFC

Job Role:



The Customer Relation Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, handling queries, promoting NBFC products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective service and communication.

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Service & Relationship Management



Serve as the primary point of contact for customers at the branch/field. Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy. Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Build long-term relationships by offering personalized services.

2. Business Development & Sales Support



Promote NBFC products such as loans, deposits, chitties, or other financial services. Assist the sales team in customer acquisition and cross-selling. Educate customers on various schemes, repayment schedules, and benefits. Achieve assigned sales/service targets.

3. Operations & Documentation



Assist customers with loan applications, account opening, and service requests. Collect and verify KYC documents as per RBI/NBFC norms. Ensure proper documentation for loans, repayments, and other services. Coordinate with the branch operations team for smooth service delivery.

4. Collections & Recovery Support



Remind and follow up with customers for timely EMI/instalment payments. Support collection teams in minimizing defaults. Provide solutions to customers facing repayment difficulties.

5. Compliance & Reporting



Adhere to company policies, RBI guidelines, and NBFC compliance norms. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on customer service, sales, and collections.

Skills & Competencies Required:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric and service-oriented approach. Basic knowledge of NBFC products and financial services. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Problem-solving and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Qualification & Experience:



Education:

Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred).

Experience:

1-2 years in customer service/finance sector (NBFC/banking preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
