Position Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Relations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat. Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Identify and escalate issues, trends, or opportunities to the appropriate departments. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and enhance customer experience. Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay informed about product updates and company policies. Collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
