Position Overview
We are looking for a high-performing
Business Development Executive
to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, supporting the sales team, and contributing to strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in assigned territories
Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Recruit, coach, and monitor sales team performance
Provide sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management
Identify emerging markets and competitor activity
Collaborate with Technical, Channel Partner, and Sales teams to improve business strategies
Deeply understand our product and service portfolio to solve customer challenges
Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency in English (mandatory)
Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred
Minimum 1 years of sales experience (Telesales)
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
