Assist in promoting and selling
third-party financial products
, including life/general
insurance
and
digital banking services
.
Perform in-depth customer profiling to identify cross-selling opportunities and offer suitable financial solutions.
Ensure proper customer on boarding, documentation, and adherence to
KYC/AML guidelines
as per regulatory and company standards.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing personalized service and proactive follow-ups.
Maintain daily logs of customer interactions, leads, conversions, and service requests in internal CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, credit, and compliance) to resolve queries and ensure seamless customer service.
Participate in
local marketing campaigns
, customer outreach programs, and financial awareness drives organized by the branch.
Attend regular product and sales training sessions to stay updated on offerings and regulatory requirements.
Achieve individual sales and service targets as defined by the branch/business head.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any stream (Commerce, Finance, or Business preferred).
Fresher's may apply

Basic knowledge of financial products such as NCDs, insurance, or digital banking is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
