Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and support.
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure smooth functioning and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service history.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Assist in handling complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Support marketing and sales initiatives aimed at improving customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or sales coordination (renewable energy or related fields preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Customer-focused, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
