Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to manage client interactions, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer experiences that contribute to business growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, service) to fulfil customer requirements. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Assist in client onboarding, service agreements, and account management. Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell company products and services. Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues and service quality. Support in organizing customer engagement activities, surveys, and feedback collection. Prepare reports on customer interactions, satisfaction levels, and service performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or sales support. Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
