Connect with leads generated for customers and internal activities, ensuring effective communication and timely updates.
Customer Interaction & Relationship Management:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve queries, and maintain a professional and customer-friendly tone.
Database Management:
Update, maintain, and track lead and customer information in CRM or reporting systems.
Feedback & Reporting:
Gather customer feedback, document responses, and share insights with the management team for process improvement.
Support for Marketing & Sales Teams:
Assist sales and marketing teams by nurturing leads, scheduling meetings, and following up on campaigns.
Target Achievement:
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and ensure lead conversion goals are consistently met.
Communication Excellence:
Exhibit strong verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in customer relations, telecalling, or sales support roles.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach towards achieving results.
