Job Description

We are seeking a

Customer Relation Executive

to join our team. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships with international customers while ensuring smooth communication and effective documentation.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle client communication via calls, emails, and other platforms. Maintain accurate

documentation and records

related to client interactions.

Follow up with international clients

for project updates and requirements. Coordinate internally with relevant departments to resolve queries. Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction. Assist in preparing reports and client presentations.

Qualification & Skills:



Educational Qualification:

Any Degree.

Freshers and Experienced

Key Skills:

Excellent communication in

English & Hindi

(spoken and written). Strong interpersonal skills with a client-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities effectively. Good organizational and time management skills.
