We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive (CRE) who is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, and building long-term relationships. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Address customer complaints promptly and provide effective solutions.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining products/services.
Collect and report customer feedback to improve service delivery.
Required Skills & Competencies

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Customer-oriented mindset with patience and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in customer service or client relations.
Industry-specific experience interior design is an advantage.
