We are seeking a motivated Customer Relation Executive to manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in handling customer interactions, tenders, and sales support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Manage customer enquiries and provide timely solutions.
Handle e-tendering, quotations, and Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal activities.
Support sales and marketing team with client coordination.
Maintain proper records and documentation of customer interactions.
Requirements:
Engineering/ Graduate/Diploma holders.
Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
Experience in publishing journals, e-tendering, or related fields preferred.
Familiarity with MS Office and online platforms.
