We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Customer Relations Executive (CRE)

to join our Kochi team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building strong relationships with prospective and existing students, providing them with guidance, and ensuring a smooth admission and service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins Provide accurate information about our UG & PG courses and admission procedures Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication records Guide students through the enrollment and documentation process Maintain student database and update CRM systems Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents Coordinate with the main office in Dubai for updates and approvals Resolve student concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline 1-2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or front office roles Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus) Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Pleasant personality with a student-friendly approach Experience in the education sector is an added advantage
