We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers via outbound calls to address inquiries and provide assistance Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients Assist customers with various client services and support needs Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Skills

Proficient in English, both verbal and written Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual or Multilingual) Experience in customer support or related field is beneficial Familiarity with cash handling procedures

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
