Handling customer inquiries (calls/emails/chats)
Resolving complaints and providing support
Maintaining customer records and feedback
Assisting in sales or retention efforts
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English + regional language)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
Prior experience in customer service (preferred but not always mandatory)
