Creative IBS is looking for a vibrant candidate to be the cornerstone for our clients. The ideal applicant will be in charge of connecting leads, developing and sustaining successful connections with important clients, and putting plans into action to raise client satisfaction and boost sales. It will be the task to maintain strong client relationships while ensuring the provision of high-quality services.

Job Responsibilities



Building & maintaining customer relationships for satisfaction and loyalty. Making outbound calls to prospective leads & responding to inbound inquiries. Efficiently managing customer connections for client retention. Maintaining accurate records of interactions. Monitoring customer interactions for consistency & customer delight. Prioritizing & addressing customer concerns for high standards of service. Providing exceptional customer service and assisting leads. Collaborating with different departments for smooth operations.

Job Requirements



Skilled in building and protecting customer relationships. Efficient in strong team-building and leadership skills. Proficient in data analysis and data management. Excellent language and communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer-centric approach. Experience in telemarketing, telecalling, and customer service. Ability to work independently or in teams. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
