Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Provide product recommendations and information to help customers make informed decisions.
Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Assist in maintaining customer loyalty programs and promoting store events.
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Assist in managing the customer service desk and related tasks.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Prior experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage difficult situations.
A positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or business is a plus.
