Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Customer Relationship Executive

to join our team. This role involves managing client relationships, providing after-sales support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the buying journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients via showroom visits, calls, and emails to understand their needs. Provide timely updates on order status, delivery, and installation. Coordinate with the sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure client requirements are met. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or client management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
