Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
Maintain and update records, files, and databases; prepare reports.
Order and monitor office supplies; ensure the front office is well-stocked.
Ensure office equipment is functional; arrange for repairs when needed.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and service providers; address any issues.
Handle basic billing tasks and process payments if required.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Monitor and manage office access to ensure security.
Assist with internal communications and support various office needs.
Help new employees with orientation and setup, including issuing ID badges.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in the front office.
Follow protocols and act as a point of contact in emergency situations.
Assist with special projects, data entry, research, or coordination of company events.
