Customer Relation Executive - Service

to handle customer interactions related to service operations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Attend customer calls and service-related enquiries Coordinate with the service team for job updates Follow up with customers on service status and feedback Handle customer complaints and resolve issues politely Maintain customer records and service reports Ensure a positive service experience for customers

Requirements & Skills:



Any graduate or diploma holder (freshers welcome) Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge Customer-focused attitude Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
