Job Description

oServe as the main point of contact for assigned clients

Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships
oUnderstand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions

Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address potential issues Prepare client reports, updates, and performance reviews Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products or services Ensure contracts, renewals, and documentation are managed accurately
oMaintain client data and interactions in CRM systemsSupport sales and business development teams as needed

Required Skills & Competencies

oStrong communication and interpersonal skills oExcellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities oCustomer-focused mindset with attention to detail

Work location will be Bangalore
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
