Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Building and Maintaining Relationships:

Establishing positive relationships with customers, both new and existing, through regular communication and personalized support.

Customer Service:

Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to issues.

Problem Solving:

Identifying and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Communication:

Communicating with customers across various channels (email, phone, social media) and ensuring timely and accurate information.

Data Analysis:

Analyzing customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer experience.

Collaboration:

Working with other departments (sales, marketing, product development) to optimize the customer experience.

Customer Feedback:

Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve products, services, and customer interactions.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
