We are hiring a

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

for our growing automobile showroom. If you have experience in customer handling, are passionate about the automotive sector, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins Coordinate with the sales team for test drives and follow-ups Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction Assist in showroom events and promotional activities

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CRE or in a similar customer-facing role Experience in the

automobile industry preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic computer and CRM knowledge Professional appearance and behavior
