The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships after sales -- ensuring smooth delivery coordination, timely support, and effective follow-ups. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and maintaining long-term relationships to build brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the logistics team for timely and accurate delivery of materials.
Track and update delivery status in the CRM system daily.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests after delivery.
Maintain records of deliveries, invoices, and customer feedback forms.
Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for quick issue resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on deliveries and service-related issues.
Manage and update the customer database for repeat business opportunities.
Support management in improving customer experience and customer retention.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
Basic computer knowledge: MS Excel, email, CRM software.
Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate (Any stream).
1-3 years of experience in Customer Support / CRM / After-Sales (preferably in building materials, tiles, or retail industry).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
