Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Communication & Engagement
Communicate with existing customers via
phone, WhatsApp, and email
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
Share brochures, site photos, and basic product information
Inform customers about payments, material arrival, dispatch, and delays
Lead & Sales Coordination
Allocate leads to
BDEs / Sales Officers
based on territory
Follow up with sales team and update lead status
Record visit details and customer feedback
Quotations & Order Processing
Prepare rough estimates and quotations
Verify pricing and seek approvals before sharing with customers
Enter confirmed orders into CRM / Excel
Confirm prices before billing
Logistics & Internal Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability
Confirm delivery plans and vehicle routing with customers
Track receivables and send payment reminders
Documentation & CRM
Maintain accurate customer and lead records in
CRM / Excel
Ensure proper documentation and reporting as per SOP
Candidate Requirements
Strong fluency in Hindi & English - Mandatory
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience in
customer support / CRM / sales coordination
preferred
Ability to handle multiple follow-ups and deadlines
Comfortable with
Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM systems
Experience in building materials / B2B sales support is an advantage
