Responsible for providing technical support to customers who have purchased our digital textile printing machinery. This includes troubleshooting problems, providing training, and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot problems with digital textile printing machinery
Provide training to customers on how to use the machinery
Resolve issues with the machinery
Keep up-to-date on the latest developments in digital textile printing technology
Follow ups for payment and order calls.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the textile industry
Strong understanding of digital textile printing technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
