Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling:
Make calls to potential customers to introduce the company's waterproofing products and services.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and basic marketing initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, addressing their needs effectively.
Product Knowledge:
Understand and communicate the features and benefits of the company's waterproofing solutions.
Sales Pitch:
Deliver effective sales presentations to promote company offerings and close deals.
Follow-Up:
Regularly follow up with leads to guide them through the sales process.
Appointment Setting:
Arrange meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups. Generate weekly/monthly reports.
Customer Service:
Handle customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the internal sales team to align strategies and goals.
Continuous Learning:

Candidate Requirements
Minimum
1 year
of experience in customer service, sales, or telecalling
Proficient in
Malayalam

English
, and at least
one
of the following: Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
